      About You:

      As a Sales Manager at Fello, you'll be a driving force behind our continued success. You'll lead a team of talented Senior Account Executives, coaching and mentoring them to achieve ambitious sales goals while creating lasting relationships with key customers.

      You'll be a strategic leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and exceeding targets in a competitive sales environment. You are a nimble problem solver, fast learner, self-motivated, and an exceptional communicator with an unyielding drive to surpass goals and a proven track record of sales success.

      This is a remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US or Canada.

      You Will:

      • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Senior Account Executives, setting clear goals and expectations.
      • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to your team, helping them refine their sales skills and close more deals.
      • Implement and optimize sales processes, playbooks, and training programs to drive team success.
      • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to identify and capture new market opportunities.
      • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
      • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment where knowledge sharing and feedback are encouraged.
      • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at real estate agencies, teams, and brokerages.
      • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure seamless customer experience and alignment with broader company goals.
      • Collaborate with the leadership and Fello Sales team members to design, test, and execute sales strategies and ensure feedback loops are effective by identifying insights from sales calls and demos and sharing them with our internal teams to help shape our company's direction and enhance our clients' success

      You Have:

      • 5+ years of experience managing and developing successful sales teams in a SaaS or related industry.
      • Deep understanding of the real estate industry and its changing landscape a must.
      • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently surpassing individual goals.
      • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a deep understanding of motivating and empowering individuals.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
      • Experience with sales data analysis and utilization of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
      • Passion for building a winning team and contributing to a high-growth environment.
      • Proven expertise in outbound sales, including cold calling and email outreach.
      • Demonstrated executive presence and negotiation skills.
      • Receptiveness to coaching and mentoring, and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
      • High attention to detail with robust technical execution and organizational skills.
