      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to a team of Account Executives
      - Develop and motivate your team to achieve top performance and future leadership roles
      - Ensure clear and accurate communication of products, policies, and pricing to prospects
      - Conduct effective team meetings, one-on-ones, and group training sessions
      - Exceed monthly sales quotas and implement strategic sales training and planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound sales environment
      - Proven success in selling digital products to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and using Salesforce CRM
      - Strong track record of motivating teams to exceed revenue goals
      - Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
      - Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a High School Diploma or GED

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing sales plans and analyzing metrics
      - Ability to empathize with and inspire a diverse workforce and customer base
