What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound cold calling
- Drive daily outbound activity to ensure team members meet or exceed KPIs
- Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews and structured 1:1s to improve sales skills
- Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates
- Facilitate team meetings, sales trainings, and performance check-ins to drive results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume environment
- Experience selling digital products to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
- Proven success in a cold calling environment with a focus on high activity and quota achievement
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a commitment to developing others
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a high school diploma or GED
