Job Description

- Monitor event platforms to ensure prompt response to PDR event inquiries.
- Fields phone calls and inputs any inquiry data for a quick turnaround of the lead
- Contracting of all events held within the PDR.
- Conduct site tours with prospective clients and management of an event calendar
- Partners with the Venue Sales Manager to clearly understand the benefits and limitations of each venue based on the seasonality and cyclicality of the event season. Learns the differentiators at our sister locations to speak fluently in our offerings.
- Organizes and follows sales strategy for Private Dining to effectively reach and exceed sales budgets.
- Provides excellent written and verbal communication with clients that represents professional, personal, and helpful image to customers.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships before and after transitioning with our Operations Team.
- Work closely with our venue operations team and cafe team to clearly understand the benefits and limitations of the dining room.
- Actively strategizes with sales partner on how to turn leads into tours by using effective communication, follow ups, and other initiatives.
- Meets weekly with Venue Sales Manager on sales updates, needs and initiatives and forecasts through routine scheduled meetings.
- Supports as a representative of terrain events at open-houses and networking opportunities.
- 1-2 yr. experience of event planning, sales, coordinating or comparable experience in hospitability Excellent oral and written skills
- Strong work ethic and excellent multi-tasking skills
- Personable and professional demeanor
- Assertive and organized with the ability to tackle tasks as needed as they arise throughout an event
- Exemplary customer service skills
