      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales by strategically merchandising WD-40 Company products and optimizing shelf space
      - Deliver compelling sales presentations to Home Depot representatives and cultivate strong in-store relationships
      - Analyze POS data to maintain optimal stock levels and capitalize on promotional initiatives
      - Collaborate with sales managers to implement national programs and enhance the in-store customer experience
      - Monitor competitive activities and provide timely insights to enhance market positioning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of retail merchandising and sales experience in a big box environment
      - Ability to manage a large geographical area, including cities in Texas and Louisiana
      - Strong understanding of plan-o-grams and merchandising strategies
      - Familiarity with POS data analysis and inventory management systems
      - Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 100 pounds and possess a valid driver's license with no violations
