What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maximize product placement by securing off-shelf displays and optimizing shelf space
- Present insightful sales presentations to Home Depot representatives to secure promotional opportunities
- Analyze POS data to manage inventory levels and identify sales opportunities
- Collaborate with National Account Managers to execute merchandising programs
- Maintain accurate account records and ensure merchandising goals are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of retail merchandising and sales experience, preferably in big box retailers
- Strong understanding of plan-o-grams and merchandising strategies
- Ability to build and maintain successful relationships
- Familiarity with POS data and inventory management systems
- Current and valid driver's license with no violations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cross-merchandising and executing promotional strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to travel 60% daily and overnight 40%
