What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maximize product placement by securing off-shelf displays and optimizing in-aisle shelf space
- Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot representatives to drive sales and support promotional events
- Analyze POS data to ensure adequate stock levels and identify sales opportunities
- Collaborate with National Account Managers to execute merchandising improvements
- Maintain accurate account records and ensure all merchandising goals are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of retail merchandising and sales experience, preferably in big box retailers
- Strong understanding of plan-o-grams and merchandising strategies
- Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with store employees
- Familiarity with POS data and inventory management systems
- Current and valid driver's license with no violations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in big box sales or merchandising
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to travel 60% daily and overnight 40%
- Physical ability to frequently move, climb ladders, and lift heavy items
