      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Nurture and convert inbound leads through various communication channels, including email and chat
      - Conduct live consultations with entrepreneurs to address their needs and concerns
      - Develop tools and resources to streamline the sales process and enhance customer engagement
      - Represent the company across multiple platforms, ensuring a positive customer experience
      - Document and analyze customer interactions to inform service improvements and product development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-5 years of experience in an external-facing role with a proven sales track record
      - Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
      - A proactive approach to creating and improving systems
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance speed and quality
      - Native English fluency and familiarity with Intercom or similar platforms
