What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute post-signature deal operational functions, including payout calculation, revenue performance monitoring, and sales support
- Assess and communicate quarterly payouts based on revenue performance
- Review Ad Credit Coupon requests, approving or rejecting based on deal details and managing escalations
- Address ad-hoc requests and troubleshoot complex coupon and reporting issues
- Monitor tools, address reported bugs, and create business requirement documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Sales Strategy, Consulting, or Risk Management
- Proficiency in SQL queries, reporting tools, and business data analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide business insights and recommendations
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders across different time zones
