What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end processing of sales and customer success commissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track KPIs and provide actionable insights
- Assist in optimizing sales processes, workflows, and automation for improved efficiency
- Ensure HubSpot data integrity and support system enhancements while troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, finance, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization/reporting tools such as Tableau
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment
