      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the sales pipeline and ensure data accuracy in HubSpot
      - Provide weekly sales reports to the leadership team
      - Shadow the CEO on sales calls, taking notes and organizing follow-ups
      - Draft contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) with support from the legal team
      - Facilitate sales to delivery handoffs and contribute to sales forecasting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations
      - Proficiency in HubSpot for sales management
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with sales forecasting and data analysis
      - Familiarity with drafting legal documents, such as contracts and SOWs
