What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage orders from proposals through billing, including inventory management and contracting
- Maintain sales order data and resolve billing and revenue questions
- Provide exceptional client service to both internal and external clients

- Support the sales process, strategy, and technology initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Entry-level experience, ideally suited for recent graduates with a keen interest in Sales or Media
- Bachelor’s degree with an exceptional academic record
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable processes that increase revenue
- Excellent customer service ethic and business acumen
- Proficiency in Excel, capable of maintaining complex spreadsheets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant internships or customer-facing roles during academic studies
- Experience in a media or publishing company is desirable but not essential
