What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Validate and verify the completeness and accuracy of all agreements and new account package requirements
- Process paperwork for new customer accounts and coordinate installations with the service delivery team
- Manage incoming calls from customer prospects and gather pertinent information
- Enter, load, or update new sales leads in SalesForce.com and assign them to the appropriate Territory Sales Manager
- Assist in preparing manuals and training materials for newly hired team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of work experience in Sales Administrative Support or Customer Service
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated attention to detail to complete work assignments effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple activities
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and align resources
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SalesForce.com is considered a plus
- Proven technical skills in software and computer capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team
- Adaptability and willingness to help others
