What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with building sales proposals using custom Excel-based templates
- Confirm data accuracy by comparing information with Salesforce.com
- Work with the Sales Manager to enter current prospect costs
- Pull Salesforce.com reports as needed and format them in Excel
- Update and maintain data in Salesforce.com as directed by the manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred
- 0-2 years of experience working in a professional setting
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
- High attention to detail and ability to review work for errors
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- An interest in or 0-2 years of experience working in Sales Operations
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com (SDFC) is helpful but not required
