What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results to the sales leadership team
- Drive business change by identifying core focus areas through data-driven insights and building trust with business partners
- Partner with the field to craft and establish go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including sales territories and quota setting
- Identify operational issues and design solutions to enhance business processes for sales teams
- Support deal approvals, structuring, modeling, and customer proposals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- At least three years of experience working in an enterprise SaaS company, preferably early-stage
- 5+ years of related work experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or Go-to-Market functions, ideally in the software industry
- Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights

- Demonstrable experience in SaaS pricing, deal modeling and structuring, and contract management
- Self-managed and responsive, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, remote-first environment
