      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide timely sales analytics, including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
      - Develop a deep understanding of business operations to identify core focus areas through data-driven insights
      - Collaborate with the field to establish Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, including sales territory modeling and quota setting
      - Identify operational issues and design effective solutions to enhance sales processes
      - Support sales compensation plans, deal approvals, and the sales tech tool stack

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
      - At least three years of experience in an enterprise SaaS company, preferably in early-stage organizations
      - 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or related functions, ideally within the software industry
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
      - Exceptional planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in SaaS pricing, deal modeling, and contract management
      - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and remote-first environment
      - Strong influencing skills and intellectual curiosity
