      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and optimize sales processes and operations across mass market retailers
      - Collaborate with Sales, Planning, and Marketing teams to execute strategies for Key Accounts
      - Manage Marketplace assortment, pricing, and availability across Key Accounts
      - Ensure accurate and timely communication of sales forecasts to internal teams
      - Serve as the primary operational liaison for third-party sales agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, or a related role in retail or consumer goods
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in mass market retail dynamics
      - Familiarity with EDI processes and vendor scorecards
      - Experience working with sales agencies or third-party partners
      - Proven track record of driving efficiency in sales operations
