      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and manage the sales funnel while reporting on pipeline and forecast trends
      - Plan, report, and forecast quotas, optimizing sales processes and territory planning
      - Develop and distribute essential sales reports and intelligence to the sales organization
      - Ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM in coordination with marketing and sales teams
      - Facilitate deal review procedures and manage sales training and enablement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing, or a related discipline
      - Minimum seven years of experience in sales, business or marketing operations, or business management
      - Proven expertise in BI tools and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Extensive first-hand experience with Salesforce.com
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA is preferred
      - Experience in benefits/healthcare sales management is strongly preferred
      - Familiarity with startup and SaaS environments is a plus
      - Previous team leadership experience is ideal
      - Experience with change management related to mergers & acquisitions is desired
