Lead a team for the full range of revenue operations, including sales ops, customer success ops, marketing ops, partner ops and renewal ops aligned with the GTM leadership team.
Partner with GTM senior leadership and cross-functional leaders to optimize existing processes and workflows and build out the systems and tooling infrastructure and process improvements.
Define and execute our Revenue Operations playbook, to drive “best in class” operational rigor and execution.
Collaborate in partnership with our CRO and senior sales leaders to drive annual planning cycles - including our productivity plan, creation of incentive/commission plans across the team, and territory mapping.
Provide the SVP with operational guidance and insights on how to optimize their business and drive the GTM Operations
Be the connection between the GTM teams and the WW Revenue Operations function.
Provide guidance and judgement on policy interpretation and disputes.
Minimum 10+ years functional experience in operations or related role, preferably in the technology space, including 5 years of leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills and experience working in a matrixed environment.

We are looking for an experience GTM operations leader to report to the SVP of Revenue Strategy and Operations and lead the GTM field operations team. You will lead all aspects of GTM field operations including sales, customer success and services, sales engineering, partner, marketing, and renewals.
You must be someone who continuously looks to improve and optimizes processes and systems that support and accelerate the GTM process. You have experience leading global teams across GTM, are data driven and able to analyze data and provide insights to optimize operations and inform GTM strategy.
You will operate in a fast-paced environment, you are a self-starter, highly organized and have a passion for processes and driving positive change in the organization. You will collaborate closely all the GTM functions collaborate with all of GTM leadership on operations and strategy.
