      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage sales orders for assigned regions, including creating and reviewing Purchase Orders in a timely manner
      - Provide guidance to internal teams on resolving variances and enforcing purchasing standard operating procedures
      - Ensure the purchasing process is executed correctly to minimize liability to the company
      - Process orders through the ERP platform, including drop-ship, special orders, and inventory/warehouse orders
      - Track product-related line items and complete weekly follow-ups with vendors for unfulfilled items

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
      - Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in purchasing, sales operations, or logistics
      - Strong knowledge of internal controls and experience implementing processes and procedures
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
      - Excellent interpersonal communication skills for interacting with employees, vendors, and clients
