What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and maintain prebills for Operations to utilize in revenue calculations
- Review and coordinate pricing changes and updates with Contract Administration and Sales
- Process billing corrections and handle billing issues, including reviewing rejected lots
- Perform revenue and gross margin analysis to ensure accuracy before installation dates
- Undertake audits on lots in poor margin status and assist with additional duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales operations or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with revenue management, billing processes, or related fields
- Experience in the homebuilding or construction industry
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
