      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and execute the pre-sales process based on client opportunities and goals
      - Play a key role in building RFPs and IO approvals while ensuring timelines are met
      - Collaborate with various departments such as Ad Operations, Inventory, Marketing, and Finance
      - Support Client Solutions Managers in creating and tracking proposals and analyzing post-campaign delivery
      - Create processes to streamline efficiencies with the CSM leadership team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Planner and/or in ad sales, CTV, or buying experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Proven knowledge of Media Math and the sales cycle
      - Deep understanding of media planning and account teaming
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with media planning and building RFP/RFIs
      - Good knowledge of digital advertising and its relationship with traditional advertising
      - Proven ability to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders while adhering to timelines
      - Flexible and tolerant to ambiguity, with a drive for success
