      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Become an expert in employer products and applications, staying updated on industry trends
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop comprehensive technical proposals
      - Lead pre-sales and post-sales support, acting as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for customers
      - Analyze customer requirements and propose customized logistics solutions, including system design and optimization
      - Facilitate smooth handover processes from sales to operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or systems engineering, focusing on warehouse automation
      - Proven experience in leading technical projects and teams
      - Strong time management skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with high computer literacy in MS Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with 2D and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD and SolidEdge
      - Preferred experience with automated systems and MS Excel/VBA programming
      - Exceptional mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Strong active listening skills for customer satisfaction and technical insight
