What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Compliantly market the employer's products and create demand in the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain an active customer database and understand key customers
- Arrange and coordinate promotional programs within regulatory guidelines
- Conduct field activities such as lunch and learns and customer in-services
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech selling experience
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals, including national awards such as President’s Club
- Strong business and analytical skills with excellent written and oral communication
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with the ability to travel as necessary
- Knowledge of relevant disease states, current treatments, and reimbursement processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in rare disease and small company environments
- Start-up commercial experience
- Existing relationships with key accounts in the assigned geography
- Demonstrated success as the sole commercial salesperson in a territory
