What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting for B2B SaaS roles across various Go-To-Market departments
- Develop sourcing plans and innovative search strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Partner with hiring managers to effectively deliver results and align expectations
- Implement diversity recruitment strategies in a hyper-growth environment
- Manage job postings and maintain ATS data integrity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Full-cycle GTM recruiting experience
- Proven success in engaging both active and passive candidates
- Knowledge of the Enterprise B2B SaaS market
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience creating and negotiating job offers effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Based in New York City or within a reasonable commuting distance to the NYC office
- Prior experience in global recruitment or eagerness to build networks in new regions
- Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lattice, UKG, Slack, and G-suite
