Founded in 1994, Sonoma Tilemakers is the leading luxury decorative tile manufacturer and distributor of high-end residential and commercial ceramic tile, stone and glass. We are thrilled to announce this rare opportunity for a full-time Regional Sales Account Manager to join our team.
Over the past 31 years we have grown to include over 300 of the top tile and stone showrooms throughout North America.

Regional Account Manager:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in the Tile & Stone industry, is self-motivated and able to work individually as well as part of a team. This candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing showrooms as well as developing new business. This position is based out of your home office and will require 30% - 50% overnight travel.
• Represent Sonoma Tilemakers as an industry leader through exceptional professional standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure the utmost in customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, educating and training sales professionals on how to sell across all of
our product lines.
• Drive, develop, promote and grow sales in all of our product lines.
• Conduct market research, identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service and marketing to enhance service and generate new strategies.
• Consult with retailers, distributors, architects, designers and builders and offer product knowledge, maintenance of displays,
samples, and ordering information.
• Successfully launch and promote new lines with enthusiasm and complete information.
• Achieve and exceed goals and objectives as established.
• Ensure that all showroom personnel are prepared, trained and motivated to sell Sonoma Tilemakers products.
• Maintain a consistent schedule of visits, Zoom calls and interactions with every account.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years Industry experience including strong knowledge of tile and stone.
• Must be able to conduct product presentations confidently and professionally.
• Excellent communication written and verbal, able to make sound business decisions, influence and be assertive.
• Ability to travel via car / plane - up to 5 days per week to showrooms regionally and locally.
• Must have a high level of work ethic, professionalism, energy and enthusiasm.
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel, Power Point
• A proven track record of account development, and consistent high performance.
