      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and develop new business opportunities while building and maintaining client relationships
      - Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
      - Manage and grow existing client accounts, providing excellent customer service and support
      - Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends
      - Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts while managing the CRM database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field with at least 4 years of experience or equivalent Municipal selling experience
      - Proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., SalesForce, CRM systems)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and plans

      - Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
