What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day, all leads provided
- Build rapport with property managers and educate them on services offered
- Assess opportunities during unit walkthroughs and book necessary repairs
- Conduct minimal administrative work and prep calls from home
- Participate in weekly check-ins with the Owner to discuss progress and goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong rapport-building skills and persistence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- No prior industry or sales experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales management software
