Job Title: Sales Rep - Bilingual Acquisitions Closer (Real Estate)

Location: Remote (LATAM Preferred)

Compensation: $1,500 - $1,600/month base salary + bonuses & perks

Position Overview:

We are looking for a full-time Acquisitions Closer with strong sales experience in real estate, particularly in vacant land deals. The ideal candidate is a personable, results-driven closer with the ability to build strong rapport with sellers, manage leads efficiently, and consistently close deals. You will work directly with our team to drive revenue growth and help alleviate workload from leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and close inbound and outbound real estate leads, with a focus on vacant land acquisitions.
• Build rapport with property owners and negotiate favorable purchase agreements.
• Conduct property analysis using tools such as Zillow and PropStream.
• Maintain and update the CRM (Podio) with accurate and timely data.
• Collaborate with internal team members to streamline acquisition processes.
• Consistently meet or exceed closing targets based on company goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably in vacant land deals.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Podio experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with real estate tools such as JustCall, Zillow, and PropStream.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
