What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with new and existing customers through outbound phone calls to identify compliance concerns and business challenges
- Conduct proactive prospecting and discovery conversations to provide tailored solutions
- Utilize positive and energetic phone skills to build rapport and engage customers effectively
- Present complex solutions confidently to meet customer needs
- Maintain a private work environment while working remotely, ensuring minimal distractions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B outbound calling environment
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Ability to engage customers and capture their attention
- Strong phone-based sales skills with a positive and energetic demeanor

- Experience in phone-based sales within a compliance or safety industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance issues
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
