      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and generate new business revenue opportunities within the assigned territory
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, and Attorneys
      - Meet sales quotas or revenue targets as set by management
      - Attend real estate industry functions and community events to enhance visibility and networking
      - Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and drive brand awareness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real Estate industry experience
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
      - Requires a valid driver's license
      - Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in territory management and customer relationship building
      - Familiarity with MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and Salesforce.com
      - Ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions
      - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
      - Demonstrated persistence in pursuing revenue opportunities
