What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet sales quotas or revenue targets as set by management
- Identify and generate new business revenue opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, and Attorneys throughout the sales cycle
- Develop and execute a call plan for prospective customers based on various sources
- Attend industry functions and community events to enhance visibility and brand awareness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of successful residential Title industry experience required
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Requires a valid driver’s license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing local marketing content and social media strategies
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and Salesforce.com for contact and task management
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
