      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maximize sales growth for Gypsum products by building strong relationships with dealers and contractors
      - Proactively manage customer complaints and enhance service levels
      - Utilize Salesforce.com to track customer interactions and sales opportunities
      - Monitor competitive activity and promote the benefits of Gypsum products
      - Provide technical assistance and answer inquiries related to Gypsum products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
      - Minimum of two years of sales experience in the building industry or a related field
      - Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce.com is required
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced education beyond a bachelor's degree
      - Experience with industry-related software such as CAD, REVIT, and Sketch Up
      - Trained in Dimensions of Professional Selling Skills and Directions communication tools
      - Strong presentation and client service skills
      - Proven ability to engage and build relationships with key decision makers
