      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel to support sales and market development
      - Provide product training for surgeons in both didactic and cadaveric settings
      - Strategically develop new customers through prospecting and following up on leads
      - Offer feedback to the marketing team on product design to enhance customer satisfaction
      - Support surgeons in emergency and operating room environments to ensure successful patient outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience
      - Ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time and overnight travel up to 20% of the time
      - Willingness to complete and maintain hospital credentialing requirements
      - A valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance policy
      - Dedicated and tenacious with a proven track record of success
