      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive annual territory plan to identify sales growth opportunities
      - Conduct professional prospecting and make sales presentations to dealers, builders, and architects
      - Train dealers and contractors on the proper application and installation of product lines
      - Manage budgets to control expenses and maximize profitability within the territory
      - Complete required reports and analysis in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or previous trade school training preferred
      - Some knowledge of the building industry preferred
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and relationship management skills
      - Must be capable of lifting/reaching/stooping/climbing with weights over 50 lbs

      - Prior sales experience in a related field
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
      - Strong influence and persuasion skills
      - Ability to stay informed on current industry trends
