      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new accounts and grow existing accounts
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
      - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
      - Negotiate contracts and manage lab and production trials with prospective clients
      - Stay updated on industry trends and gather significant market developments for analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Material Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - 5 to 10 years of proven experience in sales or account management within the foundry or mining industry
      - Strong track record in business development and sales growth
      - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
      - Willingness to travel on average 2-3 nights per week to meet with clients and attend industry events
