What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively communicate the employer's value proposition and product capabilities to potential customers
- Uncover customer goals and challenges, establishing the employer as the best solution
- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction
- Continually source new sales opportunities and manage relationships with realtors
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to enhance customer goodwill
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Alabama Real Estate License
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license; ability to drive during the day or night
- Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to use sales applications on various devices
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience and knowledge of the homebuilding industry
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
