What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively communicate the employer’s value proposition and product offerings to potential customers
- Understand customer goals and challenges to position the employer as the best solution
- Overcome objections and facilitate the sales process to close deals
- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan and construction
- Continually source new sales opportunities and expand the database of prospects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive at all times
- Proficiency in using sales applications on smartphones, tablets, or laptops
- Familiarity with MS Office and email communication
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of state licensing requirements
- Experience with CRM software
- Previous sales experience and knowledge of the homebuilding industry
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
