      Sales representative – Animal Health

      Our company is searching for a motivated and competitive pharmaceutical sales representative to become a key link between our company and healthcare professionals. You must have exceptional people skills, attention to detail, and a persuasive personality to thrive in this fast-paced position. As a pharmaceutical sales rep, you will need to assess client needs and recommend products to present to them. Your ultimate goal will be to increase the visibility of our products and to maximize sales.

      The Sales representative is a field-based position and will be in daily contact with the customers in a field.

      Job Description and Responsibilities

      • Assess client needs and promote suitable products
      • Meet with targeted doctors and health care providers and utilize sales skills to persuade them to prescribe the company’s products
      • Attend sales meetings, conference calls and training sessions
      • Build strong business relationship with customers, leading to satisfaction and loyalty
      • Work closely together with other departments such as marketing and technical within the business unit as well as with other sales representatives from other business units
      • Share all information with colleagues through the business units by using the CRM system and other tools and by making sure that the customer information is continuously updated in the CRM system
      • Organize round table meetings, workshops, presentations, and regional symposia in collaboration with the sales team, marketing, the technical manager
      • Use data from the CRM as well as other data and own experience to ensure an update of the customer’s information
      • Promote products ethically and within compliance based on company ´s sales process and approved marketing strategy

      Skills Required

      • Education: University degree - Agriculture/Veterinary is a must
      • Minimum 1 year field sales experience in the Animal Health industry is advantage
      • High level of diplomacy, negotiating skills but constructive assertiveness in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Good level of English language (must understand and express him/herself verbally and in written) , Czech native
      • Willingness to keep learning
      • High degree of analytical and tactical thinking
      • A team player, but also able to work autonomously in the field
      • Ability to travel in the region- active driver is a must
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills
      • Teamwork & collaboration
