What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct successful sales calls and product presentations to both B2B and consumer leads
- Utilize the sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software
- Contact and pursue all consumer leads that come through electronic marketing
- Attend local events to promote the company and find potential customers
- Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, collaborating with the Install Manager for smooth project execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales experience
- Strong industry knowledge, preferably in flooring or construction
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Comfortable speaking confidently in public
- Desire to make a six-figure income
- Strong sense of urgency and availability for evening and weekend appointments
- Valid driver's license
