      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain an active assigned customer account base through effective prospecting and relationship building
      - Achieve performance goals and objectives by managing a finite number of active customers
      - Document all relevant account activity using CRM tools
      - Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and territory development managers
      - Prepare an annual budget for customer development based on market potential

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - At least 1 year of telemarketing or customer service experience
      - Must be available for occasional travel
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Extensive automotive parts knowledge; import knowledge is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of related experience in sales or customer service
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Bilingual skills preferred
      - Familiarity with order processing and computer catalogs
      - Strong multitasking ability and demonstrated self-starter capabilities
