What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meeting sales quotas or revenue targets as set by management
- Identify and generate new business revenue opportunities within assigned territory
- Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle
- Develop business contacts with Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, and Attorneys
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to drive brand awareness and support sales strategy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real Estate industry experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Requires a valid driver’s license
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in territory management and customer relationship building
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and Salesforce.com
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others
- Understanding of market and competition in the real estate industry
