What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet sales quotas and generate new business revenue opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, and Attorneys
- Develop and execute a call plan for prospective clients based on industry research
- Present tailored solutions to clients and assess their individual needs
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and support sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 to 5 years of successful experience in the residential Title/Real Estate industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Professional verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
- Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the title and real estate industry
