      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Increase sales through deeper penetration of existing accounts and the development of new accounts
      - Meet or exceed sales and margin KPIs while providing outstanding customer service
      - Promote new products to existing customers and drive sales of preferred brands
      - Conduct weekly planning and scheduling of customer visits with clear objectives
      - Present monthly recaps of sales priorities to leadership and provide accurate sales forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Professional Selling, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
      - Minimum of 2 years of inside/outside sales experience
      - Practical sales experience in food/meat processing, industrial processing, or related markets
      - Proficient in Windows operating environment and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong results orientation and ability to manage confidential information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the paper, packaging, janitorial/sanitation, or food service distribution industry
      - Ability to effectively plan weekly and daily sales activities directed toward targeted opportunities
      - High level of personal accountability and ability to prioritize key initiatives
      - Proven adaptability in situations involving change and competing demands
