      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales through account management and new business development in the Processor segment
      - Meet or exceed sales and margin KPIs while managing Accounts Receivables
      - Cultivate key customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
      - Present monthly sales recaps to sales leadership and develop accurate sales forecasts
      - Participate in industry events and collaborate with vendors on innovative packaging solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Professional Selling, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of inside/outside sales experience
      - Practical sales experience in food processing, industrial processing, or related industries
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage confidential information
      - Strong results orientation and ability to prioritize key initiatives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the paper, packaging, or food service distribution industries
      - Ability to effectively plan and execute weekly sales activities
      - Familiarity with pricing strategies and margin protection
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work in changing environments
      - Proven track record of meeting sales targets
