      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with new and existing customers through outbound calls to identify compliance concerns and business challenges.
      - Provide solutions related to safety and regulatory issues.
      - Build rapport with customers and present complex solutions confidently.
      - Utilize proactive prospecting techniques to expand the customer base.
      - Maintain a distraction-free home office environment while working remotely.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of sales experience.
      - Phone-based sales experience in a B2B outbound calling environment strongly preferred.
      - High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
      - Positive and energetic phone skills with excellent listening abilities.
      - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate intricate solutions.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar inside sales role within the safety and compliance industry.
      - Familiarity with digital compliance publications and training resources.
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
      - Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
