      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region
      - Assist in the development of marketing plans to support sales activities
      - Build strong relationships with manufacturers and subcontractors for modular buildings
      - Collaborate with sales team members and operations to provide solutions to customers
      - Maintain accurate records in the division's database on customer quotes and specifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to travel up to 50% in assigned territory, including some overnight travel
      - Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate ideas in verbal, email, and written formats
      - 3 or more years of experience in sales or a sales role in the rental industry
      - BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent years of sales experience
      - Valid Driver's License

      - Prior experience in construction or related industries
      - Demonstrated experience working in a process-driven environment
      - Strong negotiation skills and effective time management capabilities
      - Experience in a heavy customer focus or team-based environment
