      Responsibilities

      Revolution is looking for three experienced Sales Representatives to drive growth and manage key accounts across the following territories:
      • Territory 1: Chicago metro area
      • Territory 2: Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, all of Kentucky, and Missouri
      • Territory 3: Southwestern and Mountain West regions, including Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico

      These are remote roles offering the opportunity to develop new business relationships, expand market reach, and contribute to our company's success in the stretch film industry. Each representative will be responsible for one of the above territories.

      We are seeking sales professionals with a strong background in stretch film manufacturing or distribution. If you have the expertise, determination, and passion to drive our growth, we want to connect with you!

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the stretch film division.
      • Identify and pursue potential customers to drive stretch film sales.
      • Recruit, train, and manage new staff, including conducting performance reviews.
      • Set and achieve division goals and objectives.
      • Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support company growth.
      • Establish operating controls to ensure stretch film products meet market and customer specifications.
      • Lead the annual budgeting process and analyze financial, sales, and activity reports to track division performance and productivity.
      • Oversee divisional profit and loss responsibilities.
      • Educate customers, brands, and distributors on the technical aspects of stretch film.
      • Support customers in developing circular economy initiatives to enhance product collection and increase post-consumer recycling content.


      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Science based field preferred.
      • 7+ years demonstrated sales experience with 3+ years of experience in the load containment/stretch film market required.
      • Strong inclination toward sustainability in business and personal environments.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills and effectively communicating with management and internal and external customers.
      • Pragmatic and action-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions and priorities.
      • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite with working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
      • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
      • Proactive self-starter with the ability to accurately handle multiple transactions in high demand, fast-paced environment.
      • Demonstrated focus on a positive customer experience and exceeding customer expectations.
      • High level of integrity and ethics.

      Pay Transparency: Base Range $80k - $100k + Commission + Benefits + PTO
