Responsibilities
• Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
• Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
• Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
• Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
• Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications
• Familiarity with CRM Systems: A working knowledge of CRM software will help you hit the ground running
• Experience: While we're open to entry-level candidates, some background in inside or outside sales is a plus
• Education: A high school diploma is required
• Essential Skills: Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are a must!
