      About the Role:
      The Cordant Sales Representative handles driving company growth through cold calling and follow up of
      existing leads. Offerings and target market segments will be within the treatment, behavioral and mental
      health services. The rep will prospect primarily through outbound calls and following up on leads that are
      given to them through prospect databases. To meet assigned quotas, the chosen candidate will be
      expected to be able to message and effectively sell our entire value proposition including, drug testing
      solutions, IT solutions and analytical tools.
      What You'll Do:
      ? Become an expert (if you're not already) in our Hubspot CRM, and use this platform to manage
      your rotating book of business
      ? Meet or exceed monthly call outreach targets, and use those conversations for sharing our
      resources and learning about their facility
      ? Provide a top-tier first impression for Cordant, and express our dedication to this community by
      finding a way to support each health care facility
      ? Take great notes, update necessary CRM records, and help us over time improve our detailed
      information about all type of healthcare facilities
      ? Help generate and identify customer interest in our products. Introduce them to the value and
      importance of our SaaS tools, and qualify the opportunity to make sure there is a high likelihood
      of partnership fit
      ? Schedule demo meetings for the sales team to run with, and meet or exceed monthly meeting
      targets
      ? Work closely with cross functional team members to iterate on strategies and provide the ideal
      experience for facilities
      What We Are Looking For:
      ? You have prior sales or customer facing experience
      ? You are naturally curious and constantly learning
      ? You have strong work ethic, are self-driven, take initiative, and enjoy bringing new ideas to the
      company
      ? You are able to make 50+ calls a day, 100+ emails a week, and you can prioritize tasks on a daily
      basis
      ? You are able to strategize your book of business around current company initiatives and you are
      able to bring in quality leads at a higher revenue potential
      ? You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while still providing quality
      opportunities and driving revenue
      ? You are excited to build strong working relationships with the production and marketing teams
      and contribute to our culture
      ? You have experience using a CRM, and the willingness to keep data clean and up to date
      Requirements:
      ? Proven track record in business development and sales preferably in the healthcare sector
      ? Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software, communication and presentation skills
      ? Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on
      business opportunities
      ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
